**About the role**:
We are seeking a passionate Community Brand Manager to lead and execute Parramatta League Group’s (PLC) brand strategy and expand our social impact in the Western Sydney Community. In this role, you will effectively manage the club’s Community program and allocated funding to maximise the impact on our local community. As well as develop the Group’s brand strategy across its multiple venues and outlets. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Develop and deliver the Club’s Community strategy, including ClubGRANTS program & Social Impact Reporting, Community Connect Paid Volunteer program and Community Brand.
- Developing relationships with external partners to maximise impact and engagement in the Community.
- Build the Club’s Community Connect Paid Volunteer program and create volunteering opportunities for PLC staff.
- Host regular events to promote PLC Groups contribution to the Community and to recognise partners who make an exceptional contribution to the Community.
- Creating Branded assets and developing an annual communication plan to promote awareness of the PLC Group’s Community contributions.
- Maintain the Community website, social media and CRM platforms.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase Group
- Lead and develop a high performing team to execute the strategic marketing plan.

**About you**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar Brand Marketing role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a small team.
- Experience working in a community/not-for-profit focused organisation will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or extensive experience)
