**About Us**:
We are a dynamic company specializing in providing innovative marketing solutions across various industries. We’re seeking motivated and adaptable Contact Centre Agents to join our team in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns in tech and beyond, while developing skills across lead generation, customer engagement, and event support. This role starts as casual employment (up to 45 hours per week).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and uncover new business opportunities.
- Engage in B2B lead generation by qualifying prospects and building strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support event registration campaigns by contacting participants and managing follow-ups, if needed.
- Accurately perform data entry to maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead statuses.
- Adapt quickly to changing client requirements, campaign goals, and industry sectors.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English**: Native-level proficiency in both speaking and writing is essential.
- **Additional Languages**: Extra language skills are a strong advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in outbound contact centre roles, cold calling, or lead generation is highly desirable.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage in professional business discussions.
- **Self-Motivation**: Target-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt and thrive across diverse industries and campaign types.
