As a **Detailer** at Carma, you’ll have the chance to become a true car expert You’ll be hands-on in the entire detailing process, from washing and cleaning to more advanced skills like wet sanding, polishing and paint correction. Your attention to detail will shine through as you make every car look and feel brand new

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Washing & Detailing**: Clean, dry, and prep cars to meet our high standard
- **Interior Cleaning**: Vacuum and tidy up the interiors, ensuring they’re spotless and ready for delivery or photography.
- **Final Touches**:Add that extra shine with tyre treatments, window cleaning, and polishing to make every car gleam.
- **Paint Perfection**: Handle any paint corrections and imperfections with care, ensuring every detail is flawless.
- **Teamwork & Training**: Support the team by sharing your expertise and helping train new team members.

**Okay, let's talk about you**:

- You have some previous experience as a carwasher or detailer (even if that’s working on your own cars)
- You have a keen eye for detail - we love a perfectionist
- You're motivated to learn and grow your skills
- You take pride in your reliability, punctuality, and in your work
- You hold a valid NSW driver’s licence
