KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Perform all required warehouse/logistics tasks for the distribution and storage of Medical Devices. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Maintain the warehouse in a well organised and safe state to ensure that all products are stored according to guidelines and standards.
- Prepare daily orders for dispatch following packing instructions along with corresponding documents as required.
- Inspect incoming goods according to defined procedures; pack, unpack, load, receive and store stock.
- Warehouse housekeeping; including waste bin management and keeping warehouse facilities clean and tidy
- Support customers (internal and external) with delivery information; such as tracking details, estimated time of delivery and proof of delivery.
- Assist with elements of inventory control and participate in stocktaking.
- Support the delivery of non-stock items.
- Arrange shelving, arrange and label stock; rotate stock according to established procedures.
- Assist Team Leaders Warehouse and Technical Service Center and Operations Manager as required.
- Ensure collaborative relationships with Integra team members and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order.
- Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
