**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced **Property Services Manager** to support all aspects of the hotel Engineering function. In this diverse role, you will be responsible to support the ongoing maintenance, repairs and upkeep of the building across electrical services, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, fixtures, fittings and equipment of the hotel.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, attention to detail, strong influencing and communication skills and a collaborative approach. You will also work closely with the Hotels asset owner(s) and the Area Director of Engineering for Marriott International.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develops and manages Engineering Operations and Budgets
- Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Administers service contracts to support property needs.
- Develops an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property/brand’s business strategy.
- Maintaining Engineering Standards
- Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
- Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems).
- Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are current
- Ensure exceptional service delivery when attending to guest requests for maintenance repairs
- Establish and maintain positive customer and business relationships
- Work collaboratively with internal departments
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect our core values

**Profile**
- Experience working in a similar position (preferably hotel setting)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and solutions focused
- Master in time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, energy conservation and general building
