**About the Role**

The primary purpose of the Audit and Assurance Manager is to manage the delivery of end-to-end audit and assurance of Customer Operations processes.

The role will manage the planning and operation of the audit and assurance program including coordination of external audits.

Provide advice and guidance to management and the Assurance Team.

The role provides expert advice on assurance to rail operations, compliance to rail safety regulatory requirements, and customer service experience to Customer Operations Branch, incorporating best practice requirements, mitigating risk and managing compliance.
