Your new role as a **Resource Planner **will see you develop, organise and coordinate short
- and long-term resource planning to ensure that cost effective, timely and regulatory maintenance requirements are achieved.
You will be responsible to align aircraft maintenance tasks requirements with labour requirements to guarantee a safe and efficient maintenance layover/downtime for the customer and to make sure the maintenance shop floor has all the required resources to perform the task.
**You’ll Have -**
- Previous experience in roster planning, management or scheduling
- Demonstrated background in working with fatigue management
- Previous experience in maintenance control systems and procedures
- A strong background in working collaboratively and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage deadlines and workload
- Highly self-motivated with demonstrated initiative to work without direct supervision
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands
- Great computer literacy
- Familiarity with Webroster or Ground star (advantageous)
- Ability to work on a rotating 6-day roster (day shift)
