**The Company**

I bet you wouldwe are excited to be working closely with this highly reputable and established business as we look to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator.

With a national footprint that stretches across 5 states, this company is positioned very strongly to continue to grow and secure fantastic projects. Currently in Brisbane they have exciting, state of the art building projects, within the commercial health space.

**The Appointment**
Joining this project you will be required to monitor works, induct all site workers & subcontractors, and to develop safety procedures to ensure safety is maintained as the project progresses.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing daily and weekly incident reporting and activities
- HSE System administration, document control and knowledge management
- Reviewing compliance documentation in accordance with relevant legislation
- Supporting a culture of continuous HSE improvement across the organisation

**The Appointee**
If you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, then you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar position in the construction and building industry. An ability to build, maintain and sustain relationships with all levels of stakeholders and make an immediate impact will be imperative. Exposure to compliance and legislation relating to the health, safety, environment and training field is essential to achieve some key milestone within the organisation. A resilient yet approachable personality will leave you in good stead, and relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
