**UX Designer**

Looking for an experienced UX Designer with NV1 clearance in Canberra? Look no further Our company is seeking a talented and security-cleared UX Designer to join our team.

As a UX Designer with NV1 clearance, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our government clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to create user-centered designs that meet the needs of our clients and their users.

You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality UX designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and accessible to all users.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business requirements
- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into designs
- Ensuring designs comply with accessibility and security requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A portfolio that demonstrates your UX design skills and experience
- NV1 security clearance
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong skills in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences
