Hays is working closely with a large agency to source experienced UX Designers for newly funded projects **Your new company** You will be a part of a team who ensure the Australian Community is informed and up-to-date on all things surrounding certain benefit scheme and the relating policies **Your new role** You'll be working within a dedicated project team, working on newly funded projects. As the UX Designer within the project, your will be required to advocate for the end user, with the end user / stakeholders being industry professionals you'll be working directly with them to help improve their experience by providing UX design solutions As a part of this role you will, manage design requirements, brainstorms, concept presentations, and weekly design meetings. **What you'll need to succeed** You will excel in this role if you have - Demonstrated UX Design experience, producing prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, and other relevant deliverables - Prior experience and/or knowledge working across the medical or pharmaceutical industry, ideally providing UX Design services - Strong communication skills, where you are able to work with industry professionals and translating their needs into tangle targets and deliverables - Ideally working knowledge with WCAG, HTML, and other revenant industry tools **What you'll get in return** You will get an up to 12-month contract, with available extension to be executed at client discretion.
