**About the Parent-Infant Research Institute (PIRI)**
- PIRI is a vigorous and innovative Australian research institute focusing on understanding parent and infant well-being, as well as developing treatments. Our mission is to support all parents and their babies in the first 1000 days of life, from pregnancy and throughout infancy, to enhance the prospects for future generations. We work closely with Austin Health’s Perinatal Mental Health Clinic and have strong links with the University of Melbourne. We are leaders in digital technology and have recently been awarded a NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence - STePPS (Science Translation for e-Psychological Perinatal Supports) is a national research centre driving the identification, development, and translation of the most effective, cost-effective, and sustainable e-mental health interventions in the first 1000 days (conception to two years).
**About the role**:
- We are looking for a team player with highly developed organisational skills, a sense of humour, initiative and a readiness to flexibly multitask and keen to work within a growing research institute.
- The key responsibilities will include:
- **Strategic Planning**: Work with the PIRI team on strategies for program promotion, evaluation and further development.
- **Program Management**: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of programs and their protocols, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Proactive communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
- **Data Management and Analysis**: Manage program data, monitor trends, and conduct multivariate statistical analyses.
- **Continuous Quality Improvement**: Collect and analyze user feedback to inform continuous quality improvement efforts.
**About you**:
- To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with experience in data management and the implementation of large programs.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- IT literacy and relevant knowledge of digital programs.
- Research experience is desirable.
- Data management skills.
- Ability to contribute to grant writing and academic publications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a busy team environment with a growing research institute.
