Our E-Store team is a growing and exciting part of our e-commerce business. Working to provide the best customer experience and driving service through our omni-channel contact centre we love working together and connecting with our customers. Through internal growth we are looking for our next Casual E-Store Team member to work across our brands including our online business Styletread, Australia's largest online footwear platform. About Your Next Role
We have a Monday to Friday Customer Care team who not only have fun, but love what they do.
You will be responsible actioning any web orders that require manual sourcing from MFG retail stores in a timely manner while ensuring all associated administration from the back-end such as completion of orders are completed accurately and efficiently on a daily basis. As part of our continued customer service excellence, you will aim to exceed customer expectations, be pro-active in following up customer queries while adhering to best practice in all customer experience interactions.
About You
- You will have experience in a customer services role (this could be in store, online or even in the air) We love all backgrounds and experience where your customer care skills were key to your success
- You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in online/e-commerce support role
- Have high standards and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
- Love working in a great team environment
