- You’ll be the first impression of E&S greeting customers & suppliers
- Providing administrative support to our people, including processing of payments and coordinating deliveries. Supporting the showroom completing administrative tasks such as data entry, banking, customer reconciliations and client after sales service
- This role will be based in one of our South East Suburbs Showrooms and requires weekend work
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- Customer service and administrative experience from any frontline facing environment such as Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Contact Centre, Sales..to name a few.
- An adaptable mindset coupled with a willingness to try new things; test and learn mentality.
- A people person
- Proven multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are often described as a good listener.
- The desire to be a key part of a high functioning team.
