**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the HR team & will be responsible for:

- Ownership of Workday to provide exceptional service and support to managers and employees.
- Supporting managers and employees with Workday related queries, partnering with all areas of the HR team to support in areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits.
- Champion employee onboarding process, administration processing, data input and verification of required documentation for new starters and existing employees.
- Monitoring workflow related to Workday transactions via the MyHR ticketing system, providing recommendations for process improvement across the employment life cycle.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Experience in a HR administrative role is desired however, not essential.
- Excellent customer service, great communication style, & ability to build relationships.
- Systems savvy & excellent skills across the Microsoft suite.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
