Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us.

**DRIVERS LICENSE ESSENTIAL**

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed
- Public Transport Training
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.

**Essential**:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not required**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour
