The Centre Support Coordinator will assist with the delivery of cleaning across Goodstart’s national portfolio of properties. A key aspect of the role is to track the delivery of cleaning services to ensure the full Scope of Work is being delivered consistently and to the required standard. The Cleaning Coordinator will also work with key internal stakeholders and cleaning vendors to resolve any performance issues and ensure continuous improvement of the cleaning services.

The role requires strengths in multi-tasking, problem solving, stakeholder management and communication, and a working knowledge of customer service concepts and tools.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required and as negotiated.

**Your Impact**:
Ensure the day-to-day operations of cleaning at the centres, that planned and reactive work is performed in compliance with Goodstart policies and procedures.
Support the planning, tracking and reporting of cleaning audits and close out of issues.
Prepare summary reports and presentations to document cleaning at centres.
Forecast and reconcile costs incurred an ensure that the cleaning is managed efficiently, is cost effective and is compliant with all legislative requirements.
Attend weekly / fortnightly review meetings with cleaning vendors to ensure standards are met and performance is measured.
Ensure open communication and develop/ maintain effective relationships with centre-based teams, other departments and with key internal and external stakeholders.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Tertiary qualification in business, facilities management, communications or early childhood education is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience gained within high volume; customer service role is essential.
Previous working experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook.
