A large Financial Services organisation is on the lookout for an experienced Finance Officer specialising in Accounts Payable to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Finance Officer - AP is responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including and not limited to receipt of invoice, data entry, approval management, payment and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will include
- Accurately process all accounts payable invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the management of cash flows, including but not limited to stakeholder management
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to accounts payable sub-ledgers (vendor accounts).
- Preparation of periodic Accounts Payable outstanding reports including commentary, including weekly and end-of-month Aging reports.
- Assist with the preparation of month-end accruals.
- Maintaining vendor master files within the company’s ERP

Ideally you will have previous exposure to a large, complex business environment. Individuals with experience using multiple ERP's will be viewed favourably.
