Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, the State Manager will play a crucial role in steering ONCALL’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.

This role involves providing leadership in operational and financial management, fostering client-focused service, and driving organizational growth and efficiency across Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to set and execute the organisation’s vision and strategy, ensuring team alignment with targets.
- Oversee operations for national consistency, ensuring service delivery meets client needs and organisational goals.
- Drive a client-centered approach to enhance client experiences and ONCALL’s reputation.
- Manage resources effectively to meet financial targets and support strategic plans.
- Implement initiatives for organisational improvement and achieve relevant standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, manage incident responses, and handle financial reporting.
- Develop and mentor Queensland teams, fostering a positive, high-performance culture and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

**From you, we need**:

- Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within the home services or related sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving operational and financial success.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-focused approach.
- Expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Knowledge of industry standards, legislative requirements, and best practices.
