**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee daily operations of Cafe Mix Restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and a high standard of quality.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to create a positive and professional environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guests’ needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the dining experience and drive restaurant revenue.
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and ordering to maintain efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Address guest feedback with care and professionalism, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine pairing and menu offerings.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
