EVENT/WAITSTAFF WANTED - JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced staff to join our fun, fast-paced catering team at The Italian Job Catering

This is the perfect second job to fit around your current work—most shifts are casual and scheduled a few times a month, mainly on weekends. Shifts typically run from 2-3 pm until 8-9 pm, making it ideal to combine with other commitments while earning some extra $$

What We’re Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality

Previous hospitality experience and confident English communication skills.

Your own car is a MUST (travel is required, and we pay for travel time). Public transport isn’t an option as most venues are in remote areas (30 mins to 1 hour from the Gold Coast).

Reliability and flexibility for weekend shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting our chefs with food preparation and plating.

Running food to guests and providing exceptional customer service.

Setting up and packing down event spaces.

Keeping the workspace clean and organised throughout the event.

Working in a supportive, energetic team at beautiful weddings and events.

This is a hands-on, physical role that involves lots of moving around—so you’ll never get bored

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week

- 8 hour shift
