**A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for TWO
- **Field Service Technicians** to join our Technical Service team in NSW.
- This role requires you to provide professional, efficient, and effective services to internal and external customers in all service aspects including breakdowns, repairs, general maintenance, installation etc.
- If you’ve had previous experience as a labourer, trade assist, mechanic, plumber, or electrician
- **WE WANT YOU**
This position is well suited to a recent school leaver or university graduate with a passion for hands on, physical work. We offer on the job training for you to gain confidence in this field of work. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply
- Full Time Perm role. Leading Global Organisation. All tools of the trade provided. Fully maintained company vehicle.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL**
Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Travel within regional areas of NSW including overnight travel will be required._

**We Need Your Skills**

**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**

To be successful within this role, you will:

- Be switched on and willing to learn.
- Be able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Be open to overnight stay when visiting regional areas of NSW.
- Hold a current valid Driver’s Licence.
- Previous experience with troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment is highly advantageous. _
