**Your Role**

As a Portfolio Execution Specialist, you’re instrumental in developing and maintaining an integrated portfolio roadmap that enables effective planning and execution to maximise business outcomes. You collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for modern delivery methods and ensure fit-for-purpose frameworks are consistently applied, along with identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.

A key part of your role is to provide visibility into portfolio health and support governance efforts to ensure smooth execution. You lead governance activities and reporting, offering clear insights into Portfolio status, performance, and overall Portfolio Health.

You also drive Portfolio quarterly planning activities with Tech and Ops to ensure Tech resources are lined up to support project requirements and run scrum of scrums with Tech & Ops Delivery and Planning leads to ensure commitments gained during Quarterly planning are progressing to plan.

**About You**
- A dynamic Project/Portfolio practitioner who thrives in ambiguity and relishes a challenge.
- You are passionate about collaborating, contributing and creating value in a constantly changing environment.
- Proven experience in planning and/or portfolio governance experience in complex business environments.
- You have demonstrated experience designing and improving ways of working, successfully breaking down complex corporate environments and organisational complexity, and enabling effective systems of work at scale (e.g. across Division and between Divisions)
- Stakeholder management experience including broad experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Knowledge and experience of agile principles and adept at tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Implementation of frameworks to improve ‘systems of work’ to ensure activities are organised to achieve strategic priorities.
- Your discipline and determination to deliver on target outcomes means you are known for getting the job done.
