Hatch is supporting Compass Education to find a great Client Onboarding Consultant to join their Sales and Customer Success team. **About the role at Compass Education**

As an Onboarding Consultant, you will be assisting schools in their migration to using Compass as their School Management System. You will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products and services.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

**Strengths**
- Resilience - Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
