**The Company**
Our client, The Australian College of Physical Education is an independent specialist tertiary education institution in Sydney, Australia.

**The Role**

This is a varied role, where no two days will be the same. As part of a small and effective team, the Marketing Coordinator supports the development and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and collateral
- Develop marketing and communication assets with the guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Maintain the website. This includes building of new pages/landing pages and ensuring currency and compliance.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and digital analytics focusing on ROI.
- Campaign project management, including execution and measurement of marketing campaign activities across all channels.
- Manage social media channels and content plans.
- Assist with events and conference requirements as needed (from time to time these may occur outside standard business hours).
- Manage team administration, event calendars, obtaining quotes and expense management and business marketing and comms requests.
- Develop and document processes that support the transfer of knowledge across the team.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements

You will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Have 2-4 Years’ experience developing integrated B2C marketing campaigns across the entire marketing mix, with a strong focus on digital marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and exercise judgment to produce results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office plus be comfortable using and learning different marketing and communication platforms or website content management systems.
- Data driven and proficient with analytics and reporting tools
- Strong business acumen and comfortable working toward revenue targets
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- A self-starter and not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Advertising Studio or similar

**Desirable**:

- Proven experience in development of marketing automation and nurture campaigns
- Website management experience with working with Wordpress CMS
- Experience with HTML and CSS
