**The Job Role**

Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Retail Managers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Strong operational management experience in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership skills and staff management
- A passion for customer service and sales achievement
- Excellent organizational & merchandising skills

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience
- All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
- The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and team skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency

**Salary**

The Annual Salary is between $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.

**About the Company**

Bunbury Farmers Markets source the freshest produce from over 150 local growers. From our kitchens we prepare delicious meals for our patrons across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a very extensive take away option available.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
