**The Role**:
This leadership role is perfect for a dynamic professional who loves fitness, thrives on community connection, and is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. Ideal for a proactive and organised leader, passionate about boutique fitness, and thrives on building strong relationships, both inside the studio and out in the local community.

You’ll lead the studio team, support daily operations, grow local partnerships, and activate marketing and membership initiatives, all while helping to build a vibrant, high-performing community.

Reporting directly to the Owner, this role is hands-on in managing front-of-house operations, supporting membership sales, and guiding new client integration. The role combines operational oversight, client engagement, and community outreach to support studio growth and long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and energise the studio team
- Drive exceptional client experiences from first visit to loyal member
- Deliver on community growth initiatives, including local partnerships and events
- Support day-to-day front-of-house operations during class hours (minimum 25 hours onsite)
- Execute marketing activations, member engagement initiatives, and new member onboarding
- Monitor studio KPIs, retention rates, and Net Promoter Scores to drive continuous improvement

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have 1+ year of leadership experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail)
- Bring 3+ years of customer service excellence
- Thrive in dynamic, energetic environments where no two days feel the same
- Love building relationships inside and outside the studio
- Are organised, results-driven, and passionate about growth
- Have tech skills (CRM experience essential, AXLE & Mindbody experience a plus)
- Are passionate about Modern Pilates, wellness, and healthy living

**Key Details**:

- Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 + Superannuation
- Growth Bonus Structure
- Performance-Based Salary Review after 12 months
