**Nextt** is looking for a passionate and dependable female Disability Support Worker to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (**SIL**) home in **Wynnum West**. You will be supporting two clients with **Down syndrome** and **autism**, providing daily assistance, encouragement, and stability in a structured and supportive environment.

**About the role**

**Shifts**
Week 1:

- **Monday**:4:00pm to 8:30am (**Sleepover** 10:00pm to 6:00am)
- **Friday**:2:00pm to 8:00am (**Sleepover**10:00pm to 6:00am)

Week 2:

- **Monday**:4:00pm to 8:30am (**Sleepover** 10:00pm to 6:00am)
- **Friday**:2:00pm to 8:00am (**Sleepover**10:00pm to 6:00am)

**Pay Rates**
SCHADS Award PPT schedule E SIL (before tax), plus annual and personal leave
- Day Shift (Base Pay Rate)**: $33.03**:

- Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday)**:$37.16**:

- Active Night Shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)**:$37.98**.**:

- Saturday**:$49.55**:

- Sunday**: $66.06**:

- Public holiday**:$82.58**

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
