Claims Administrator / Federal Government / $42 p/h / CBD

**Your new role**
Reporting to the team leader, you will be performing a range of the following duties:

- Investigate and determine claims for liability and/or compensation using legislation and in accordance with national standards and objectives.
- Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders, including medical centres and legal firms to obtain evidence required to determine claims.
- Effectively manage claim caseloads in accordance with key performance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the following:

- Must have claims processing experience, and this must be clearly outline in the CV.
- Previous administrative experience within the Federal or State Government is desirable
- Strong decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with set KPI’s.
