The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity to join our claims administration team. You will ensure internal and external customer queries and request are reviewed and actioned on a timely manner, including claims set up, provision of claims and expenses payments, exception report remediation and requesting and following up requirements.

To do this successfully you will:

- Set up new claims within the relevant claims systems
- Identify and take ownership of rectifying issues with the information supplied to you by fund administrators and case managers including clarifying where data is missing or inconsistent with existing data or policy terms
- Logging Inbound work items and distributed to relevant case managers in alignment with documented procedures and service standards
- Relevant activities are accurately logged within claims systems to support operational and service level reporting
- Claims drop boxes are monitored on a daily basis to ensure that all work items are cleared on a daily basis
- For Claims, requests for medical and other requirements related claims are forwarded to the relevant third party and follow ups registered within claims systems
- Payment processing and authorising- Previous Customer Service experience
- Life Claims administration experience (Highly Regarded)
- Computer Literacy
