**Day to day, you’ll**:

- Delight every single customer, every single time and help them discover their new fave TSC goodies
- Inspire our community to Live Boldly, by embracing colour and standing out from the crowd
- Embrace creativity and comfort in front of the camera, helping to share the real-life magic of what we do with our online community
- Maintain stunning VM that reflects our bold, beautiful aesthetic
- Use your entrepreneurial spirit and bring ideas to the table that will help elevate the in-store experience for our community
- Support your Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store with energy, initiative, and genuine team spirit

**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- Are a natural people-person with a warm, conversational style
- Have a “glass-half-full” mindset and love finding solutions
- Are confident connecting with customers—both in person and online
- Have retail experience (even better if you’ve worked in high-vibe or design-led brands)
- Are comfortable flying solo when needed, but love being part of a team
- Are available on weekends and some weekdays
- Are curious, driven, and always ready to grow

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.45 - $64.13 per hour
