**Role & Days / Hours of Work**
- This is a casual sales role
- Fixed working days are Monday (12-5pm) & Sunday (12-4pm) each week
- Further optional hours are also offered for Saturdays on a fortnightly basis

**Demonstrated experience and performance in the following areas**:

- Previous experience with mid-high end women's fashion apparel
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong Fashion knowledge and expertise
- Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Beneficial to have visual merchandising ability able to work with the team and create innovative store presentation solutions

- A true love of retail and fashion forward, locally Australian manufactured design
- A strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Provide a premium service to our customers that endeavours to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Bring a warm, personable approach and be at ease with maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new customers
- Develop an in depth understanding of our products and the ability to communicate this knowledge to our customers, educating and inspiring them to look and feel great in our original and bespoke pieces
- Use your creative flair and eye for detail to assist the team with creating an environment that reflects the uniqueness of the designs within the space and encourages our customer to engage with our products

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $340.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fitzroy, VIC 3065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
