About the role:
As our Sales Assistant:

- You are obsessed with how the client feels and will always put the client first in everything you do.
- You understand the importance of outfitting/styling and are confident in presenting looks and having fun.
- You are the Nique Brand Ambassador.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acheiving individual targets (KPI's) to ensure store objectives are met.
- Ensuring all sales channels are up to date and functional.
- Be part of a team, that creates a culture of empowerment and experimentation by generating new solutions.
- Build a loyal clientele and provide the customer with a uNique experience they want to come back for.
- Be part of a culture where the client comes first.
- Ensure all store policies are implemented and followed
- Ensure all processes are followed to maintain stock accuracy.

What you need:

- 2 years experience in similar position.
- Commercial mindset, Be Results driven
- Exceptional communication skills and customer engagement.

To be considered for this role you must be a resident in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $200.00 - $600.00 per week

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
