CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATION - FULL TIME - EDUCATOR MENTOR - SANDRINGHAM, VIC
In Home Childcare Service

Our tribe is looking for our next team member who must have a Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care and live close by.

5 days per week - Mon to Thu 8.45am to 5pm & Fri 8.30am to 4pm

We are hoping you:

- Love mentoring other Educators
- Passionately promote the National Quality Standards
- Understand the challenges isolated children and Educators face in outback Australia
- Understand the complex relationship that Educators have with families whose homes they work within
- Have used Child Care Subsidy processing software of some kind
- Enjoys admin and paperwork
- Computer savvy
- May have previous experience with policies, record keeping and reporting
- May have previously created training manuals and collated resources
- Engage actively with ACECQA updates and advice
- Want a super long term commitment
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Are a strong communicator

*The role is on site work with a bunch of superstars and doesn’t include direct contact with children. We imagine the role would suit a mature minded educator who has done their time in centers and is looking to advise and advocate for children by supporting other Educators*
Rate range is inclusive of superannuation and will be determined on how much experience can be provided.
