Property and Leasing Manager Gold Coast

**Your new company**

Hays Facilities Management works with a number of key corporate clients and portfolios across Southeast Queensland, and we currently require a contract Property Manager for a 12-month assignment in a high-end residential building on the Gold Coast.

**Your new role**

Working alongside a team you will be managing a portfolio of exclusive high-end apartments 25-30 hours per week full time for the duration of the contract.

This will include listing properties, organising and conducting inspections of properties as well as liaising with tradespeople to organise maintenance and repairs as required.

Also, you will address tenants' requests and ensure health and safety is a priority at all times.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you will possess a QLD Real Estate Licence and have experience with Console software.

You will be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience in customer service and operations in a similar environment. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
