**Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Directing all site production activities to achieve objectives such as business growth
- Executing, supporting and overseeing the implementation of site production plans and key organisational programs
- Preparation of production budgets
- Supporting the timely fulfillment of sales and orders
- Ensuring a consistent approach in all areas of production performance, including cross-skilling
- Actively building a culture of teamwork and promoting accountability across the workforce

**About You**:
You will be committed to the principles of zero harm and guide your diverse team of machine operators with positivity and passion. You will lead by example with your can-do attitude, promoting the ideals of safety and continuous improvement.

You will demonstrate clear direction to achieve your goals and proactively identify solutions to overcome barriers to success.

You are an excellent communicator, confident and resilient; a flexible and adaptable strategic thinker, and someone who is accountable and detail oriented. A collaborative problem solver, you will be comfortable owning the financial performance of the branch; minimising spend while maximising safety and output.

**Ideally you will be a highly experienced production professional with a tertiary qualification in business management. In lieu of formal training, direct and relevant e**x**perience is valued equally. E**x**posure to principles of lean manufacturing would be **advantageous.**
