**Your new role**

As the Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and evolution of the customer product portfolio. You will demonstrate the ability to think strategically and play a key role in a team delivering exceptional commercial results and customer outcomes. You will bring experience in the delivery of product or partnerships, as well as an understanding of customer targeting and segmentation.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Perform market research and collect customer feedback
- Develop and launch new product propositions
- Monitor and report on product performance
- Own and enhance customer experience
- Analyse market data, trends, and behaviours
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

Successful applicants will have:

- Proven track record of delivering successful product or partnership initiatives across diverse industries
- Ability to design and launch customer-centric offers, informed by data-driven insights and customer research
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence in managing the full product development cycle, from ideation to implementation and evaluation
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholder groups at all levels
