We are looking for someone dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clinicians, administrators, and patients. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a positive patient experience. **What You’ll Be Doing** - Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner - Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently - Handling patient inquiries both in person and over the phone with empathy and professionalism - Checking in patients, confirming appointments, and assisting with paperwork - Processing Medicare, DVA, private, and bulk billing payments - Managing referrals, recalls, and patient follow-ups with urgency - Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey - Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation - Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice **What We Offer** At MyHealth, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.
