**About the role**:
The newly created role of Equipment Service Co-ordinator, reporting to the National Equipment Service and Supply Manager, will primarily be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the service of DuluxGroup tinting equipment. The role will work closely with the Dulux stores team, our external service provider, and the Dulux Equipment Service and Supply Manager with a strong knowledge of the processes involved with troubleshooting, scheduling service, spare part management and repair of tint machines, mixers, and other equipment.

As a new role within DuluxGroup, this is a fantastic opportunity for an operationally focused and driven individual to make a real impact. You will be working with various equipment that is critical to the day-to-day operations of our stores network, driving real world outcomes for our customers and team members.

This is a Full-time position preferably based in Clayton VIC.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our stores team and external service provider to minimise equipment downtime and extend equipment service life.
- Develop, plan & deliver service plans that will scale with our business and facilitate growth.
- Manage service on a national level to deliver on budget requirements and lift overall capability across our network.
- Build and maintain a service history of all tinting equipment within our network with the ability to scale.
- Deliver Services and Projects in conjunction with the National Equipment Service and Supply Manager.
- Ensure all service and repair operations are carried with the appropriate OHS requirements.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years working in machine servicing networks or similar.
- Strong understanding of service scheduling and equipment life cycles to minimise equipment downtime.
- Experience with service scheduling software or similar CRM platform.
- Practical knowledge of machine, equipment, or automotive servicing highly preferable.
- Preferable to have a knowledge of Tint Equipment and repair systems.
