_Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a _**casual**_Rental Sales Officer to join our _**Newcastle**_team. The position will be part of a rotating roster and includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a _**customer service**_or _**retail sales**_background should apply_

**About the role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Ensuring vehicles are checked in and out in a efficient and effective manner
- Cleaning the inside and outside of our vehicles
- Cross-sales

**About You**
- Adaptive verbal and written communication
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.38 per hour
