We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager who will be there to help lead culture, support the teams, drive business objectives and ensure that this venue delivers on the world class hospitality that is expected from a large multi faceted venue.
With this CDB location this venue has a lot going on, from good food offerings, lounging back with a cocktail in hand, laughing with your friends and family or challenging them to some super fun activities, what’s there not to love???
**What's expected in this role;**
- Leading a dedicated and dynamic FOH team
- Ensuring regular coaching, training, development and mentoring of the team
- Drive revenue on shift to help achieve weekly, monthly and yearly budgets
- Ensuring all compliance is up to date in all aspects of the business
- Drive culture and ensure that the team deliver on all operations and service
- Strong QSR leadership skills managing large teams
- Proven leadership skills building and maintaining culture
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a successful Assistant Venue Manager
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Proven experience working in a multi-faceted business
- An ability to think outside the normal and drive business success
- Hands on approach with a natural ability to lead a team to be the best they can by being there with them
