Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life support for its fleet of **C-27J Spartan Airlifter** aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force’s existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies to support Humanitarian Disaster Relief and crisis response in Australia and nearby regions.

**Your Role**

As the Base Maintenance Lead, you are accountable for the delivery on schedule and within budget of their allocated C27-J Maintenance events. You are also responsible for;
- Manage the personnel related issues, including timesheet reviews, allocation, overtime requirements and staff leave management
- Manage Quarterly Performance Reviews
- Interface with all key stakeholders to ensure all impacts to Base Maintenance schedules are managed
- Maintenance verification in CAMM2 (C License), and the issue of Certificate Release to Service

**About You**

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

- Previous experience in Base Maintenance
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Certificate IV Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- C-27J Type certificate
- Be able to obtain a C Class Licence
- Working knowledge of applicable DASA regulation (Part M, 66 & 145).
- Strong Communication & Collaborative Skills
