Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Maintenance Controller** to join the team embedded within 33 Squadron’s Maintenance Control Section (MCS).

The position is based at RAAF Base Amberley working a rotational day/afternoon shift roster and provides a vital conduit into the Maintenance Planning Team to assist in Deep Maintenance Data Management and the MRD team for maintenance policy creation to execution in CAMM2.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring quality assurance of Authorised Maintenance Documentation (AMD)
- CAMM2 System daily data checking, validation and reporting
- Maintenance Policy Amendment Notice processing & Maintenance Instructions
- Training, developing and mentoring 33SQN Data Managers
- CAMM2 Service management instructions or as identified through Quality Management Systems
- Adherence to maintenance policy including Engineering instructions
- Maintaining MCS related Standing Instructions
- Business improvement activities as part of our culture of continuous improvement

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- CAMM2 Data Manager course completion
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Manager/Maintenance Control role previously
- Working knowledge within an ADF Part 145 under DASA Regulations
- Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (NV1)

**Desired Qualifications & Experience**:

- Technical qualifications in an aviation background
- Experience liaising with Commonwealth customers
- KC-30A platform experience

**Note**:As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
