Leading teams across two shifts, you will inspire, coach and develop them to create an environment of continuous improvement and established processes with clearly linked KPI's. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide leadership to ensure achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives - Implement operational improvement initiatives to increase productivity - Coach, develop and drive continuous improvement with the team - Manage the Production team responsible for supporting the Retail and B2B customers - Create a positive and collaborative culture of commitment and professionalism - Oversee and manage WHS safe operating practices **Skills / Experience / Qualifications**: - Must be a good People Leader & Manager - Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced customer focused RF environment - Experience with warehousing automation systems - Proven experience in effective planning, stock control and operational processes - Sound analytical, financial and business acumen with ability to deliver business outcomes - Proven record of building service focused teams - Experience in coaching and developing others - Ability to lead, support and drive change - Experience with OH & S - Strong attention to detail and change management - Ability to use initiative to change and grow the existing business
