The Paddo Inn is looking to add some experienced cocktail bartenders to our team.

We are a small Pub/Bar that is open 7 days a week, to give you a brief idea of the venue we are a bit more up market than most of the local pubs in the area however not too fancy/wanky at the same-time. What I mean by this is that our beverage offering is a little more complex and interesting/fun than your regular pub, but by no means are we a cocktail bar, we are somewhere in the middle.

We offer a great work balance for the hospitality industry with early closes through the week and 1am closes on Friday’s & Saturdays. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, with a really cool relatively small tight knit team. We also pay above award penalty rates for our weekend warriors.

Duties of our experienced cocktail bartenders include:

- Mixing and serving drinks
- Assisting with cellar operations
- Running food and clearing tables
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Greeting and seating guests
- Aiding the development of seasonal cocktail menus and regular specials

**Job Type**: Part-time
