**The Role**
There is a ICT Test Coordinator position available within the ERP Support Organisation (ESO) which supports the Defence Digital Group to deliver ERP services to the Defence community.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Developing test artefacts and supporting data using provided specifications and perform moderately complex activities and tasks to test behaviour, functionality and integrity of systems or software under routine direction from supervisor.
- Assisting with the assessment and analysis of release components.
- Providing input to Test Summary Report and recommendations
- Supporting the undertaking of builds and tests in coordination with Delivery and Sustainment testers.
- Ensuring release processes and procedures are maintained for Sustainment.
- Supporting testing and acceptance activities and helps coordinate the execution of these activities.
- Supporting the provision of authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution.
- Assisting with managing test processes, including test plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and traceability.

**About our Team**
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions needed to run the Department into a single SAP platform resulting in a major capability uplift for Defence. The Program will simplify and align processes and technology and implement a whole of Defence transformation across Groups and Services.
- Technology experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of applicable business areas and their associated processes.
- Experience of working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate.
