The Corporate Planning and Risk team sits within the Corporate Delivery Services Group and the Corporate Performance team. The Group takes responsibility for driving strategies in the areas of governance, planning, risk and compliance management, people management, planning and development practices, organisational culture, knowledge management, Cabinet processes, stakeholder engagement and improving quality, and ICT.
About the role
The Corporate Planning and Risk team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integrity and Reporting Officer to join its team on an ongoing basis.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Contribute to the delivery of functions related to DTF's Integrity Framework, related communications, and training, to drive greater levels of Departmental engagement and long-term capability uplift
- Provide support to the DTF Privacy Officer and Public Interest Disclosure Officer
- Lead a program of work to deliver continuous improvement and internal audit recommendations related to integrity
- Research and prepare briefing papers, reports, project plans and correspondence
- Provide timely advice to key stakeholders regarding integrity matters
- Undertake activities related to the Integrity Framework, including administering the DTF Gifts Benefits and Hospitality policy and facilitating the process related to the Department's Conflict of Interest Policy

About you
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

- Ability to review and refine integrity related policies and procedures and to develop guidance to support uptake by a diverse audience
- Demonstrated ability to use specialist knowledge to research, think critically and question information provided
- Strong communication skills, supported by strong stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to provide authoritative advice
- Demonstrated ability to manage a set of competing priorities, contributing to a dynamic and flexible team workload
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data and to synthesise that data into key messages and recommendations
