Precision is a leading manufacturer in sheet metal fabrication, We are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and innovative production. We're currently looking for a medium to skilled CNC Turret Punch Operator to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
As a CNC Turret Punch Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turret punch machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications and production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC turret punch machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, or similar)
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications
- Select appropriate tooling and materials for jobs
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating CNC turret punch presses
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret sheet metal symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of sheet metal materials and fabrication processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Forklift license or crane experience (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $27.97 - $45.28 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
