MM Corporate Service (MMCS) requires a Restoration Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to proactively manage a variety of projects with effective communication skills. Based in Sydney’s Macarthur region at Minto just off the M5, you will be working for a highly reputable firm with a solid client base, along with plenty of scope for progression. Committed to environmentally conscious practices. MMCS is an organisation on the move. This is a permanent role (FTE) with long-term career opportunities. Office hours: 8am to 4:15pm with 45minute lunch break. Required skills and Experience: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant trade service-related field. - Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deal with complex issues effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and maintain firm relationships across all levels.
