We are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager for a Minimum of 12 Months Contract - Parental Leave Cover.

**What you'll do**:
You'll be providing advice and leadership for sustainability related matters across the Perth Airport, consistent with the organisations existing ESPG Framework, sustainability pathway, aspirations and endorsed targets.

Your role will guide a team to track and report performance against sustainability targets, objectives and the implementation ESPG initiatives. You will also be responsible for the submission of key sustainability reporting requirements and ensuring compliance.

This role will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the three members of the Sustainability team to achieve their own key sustainability objectives.

A key component of this role whilst managing the team, will be to continue to ensure sustainability/ESPG is embedded and implemented throughout the organisation to achieve targets and various reporting obligations.

**About you**:
You will have relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, demonstrated competence in the field, including over seven years’ experience and have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, standards and sustainability reporting frameworks, such

NGERs, NPI, Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA), GRI and the SDGs.

You will already have demonstrated experience in a Sustainability Manager role, with experience in managing a team whilst embedding and enhancing corporate sustainability in a positive and collaborative manner.

You are an exceptional communicator, able to maintain strong and highly collaborative working relationships across various internal teams. You can effectively and diplomatically navigate barriers in the pursuit of sustainable objectives. Dealing with ambiguity does not phase you - you are organised and adaptable. Finally you are result orientated - you achieve results with integrity.
