Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re expanding our Western Australian operations and strengthening our sustainability capability across current and upcoming major infrastructure projects. We’re seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead sustainability initiatives for some of WA’s most significant infrastructure works. - Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Promote sustainability awareness across project teams, ensuring staff understand and implement relevant requirements.
- Identify and secure necessary resources (personnel, systems, tools, consultants) to deliver sustainability objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress against sustainability goals and resolve any non-conformances.
- Facilitate internal and external sustainability audits and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Support Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) ratings and reporting requirements, where applicable.
- Provide advice and guidance to project leadership on sustainability risks and opportunities.

About You
